Ultra Practical High Availability Solutions with Network Intelligence

Princeton, NJ - June, 2019 - TCPWave, Inc. announced today the best High Availability solution in the market to support its customers' requirements. High availability is a priority in their network and application performance management architecture. This is addressed with the 11.28 release. The automated mesh of management appliances with network intelligence is a significant benefit that enterprises can obtain with the TCPWave IPAM.

Large enterprises have critical and often regulated requirements for business continuity, including disaster recovery and high-availability of their business networks and applications. With the release of the new High Availability solution, TCPWave is making it possible for IT organizations to ensure the functions and benefits of performance management are available in disaster situations - when they may be needed most.

The following can be potential deployment scenarios to illustrate the innovation and integration being delivered by TCPWave in support of the High Availability solution:

  • Use at an off-site, redundant data center or network operations center to which IT staff shift control and management of their networks and IT systems during a disruptive event, e.g. A power outage, WAN connectivity loss, such as a cut optical link, or other site-level failure.
  • At a geographically distant third-party back-up site hosted by a business continuity service provider.
  • Co-location with the primary server for on-site redundancy in case of a localized server hardware or database failure.

With significant enhancements in the Amazon AWS and Cloudflare integrations, TCPWave IPAM continues to be the enterprise‘s best choice. The cybersecurity teams will be delighted to see the machine learning intelligence embedded into the TCPWave IPAM. The network discovery and the machine learning intelligence features are offered without the requirement to purchase any additional licenses. On top of being rated as the top DNS, DHCP and IP Address Management (DDI) provider, TCPWave has gained a significant customer base.

TCPWave IPAM New Integration - Cloudflare

Cloudflare, a leading Content Delivery Network or CDN service, and a network security solution used in the public and private sectors to speed up and protect websites, mobile applications, APIs, SaaS services, and other properties connected to the internet is now integrated with TCPWave IPAM.

TCPWave IPAM allows its users to add Cloudflare Provider Types using secure and valid credentials. Once the connection is established between the Cloudflare and TCPWave IPAM, user can add records from Cloudflare to TCPWave IPAM and vice versa. Having Cloudflare integration, allows genuine users to access the website and improves website‘s speed. This integration protects the customer‘s website from DoS and DDoS attacks.

Customers and partners have expressed their viewpoints on TCPWave IPAM:

"The simplicity and the agility provided by the TCPWave IPAM's web interface makes it, the most user friendly solution. A network operator can get started with a minimal amount of training and can manage a large enterprise's complex DNS infrastructure" said Ms. Supriya Butty, Training Specialist.

Talking about the security that TCPWave IPAM offers, Sam Parepally, CIO states - "The ability to invoke the REST API calls with security from AWS, Google Cloud and Azure, using a well published functions on the TCPWave's github page, to update the on-Prem DNS is the primary edge that TCPWave has over its competition."

The information security enhancements, that do not require a special license, provide the enterprises with enhancements that the product development has done with machine learning and artificial intelligence. These advanced technologies, that are unique to TCPWave, detect and prevent malicious activities. A cutover to the TCPWave IPAM from the outdated providers automatically gives the enterprises a leap frog advantage with security and the elimination of malware, botnets, DDo S, spyware, viruses and ransomware.
